What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you change your mind after purchasing an item and it has not yet been dispatched, we will be happy to refund the item. If the item has already been dispatched the item will need to be returned before a refund can be made.
What is your Returns Policy?
We will be happy to refund any items that have not been opened within 5 days of purchase date. Unless the items are faulty the return shipping postage cost will be borne by the purchaser.
What is your Shipping Policy?
New Zealand: We ship within New Zealand for free for orders over $150 except South Island orders. Shipping will cost $7 for orders costing less than this amount. For all orders to South Island, $15 flat rate will be applied.
As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with NZ Post tracking number. NZ delivery time for Auckland is 2-3 working days. For rural addresses, Please allow for an extra 1-2 days.
South Korea: We offer shipping for $15 per order. For orders to South Korea, shipping generally takes 7-10 working days.
Rest of the World: Our apologies. We don't take any other international orders except South Korea.You must have a physical address within New Zealand or South Korea.
