Directions
Recommended dosage 1tsp=1g
Mix into food or drink
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons twice daily
Children: 1 teaspoon twice daily
After Sport: Take an additional teaspoon right after exercise or training to enhance recovery
Not suitable for those with dairy intolerance or allergies.
